We are looking for a Automation tester with 6 plus years of experience. The candidate must have skills with Java, Selenium and experienced in automation framework with a strong track record in ensuring the quality and reliability of software systems.

Responsibility

• The applicants should have experience in the following areas.
• Collaborate and manage with Devops based squad team to understand functional requirements of the product and strive to attain high-quality end product ensuring adequate coverage of testing.
• Create test plans, test cases, and test data for automation.
• Coach and nurture junior team members in scaling their know how and maturity in automation and functional know how of the product.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance test efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure testability and code quality.

Qualifications

• The applicants should have experience in the following areas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation and performance testing.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Extensive experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) and frameworks.
• Familiarity with Devops tool chain
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Good business proficiency in English and German is a plus.
